Are Sponsored Ads included in the result set from BOSS ?   Message List

When I run a query, I only see organic results. Am I missing
something? I don't see any parameters or anything else in the
documentation.

I did happen to see something about "Custom" but would I have to be
invited into that in order to receive Sponsored (PPC) ads in the results?

Thanks in advance for any help on this topic.
