Folks, I was happily playing with the Upcoming api this afternoon. After a
little while, a recieved the following error:

Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.

I think I may have exceeded my api limit (I hope, temporarily).

I think its time I applied for a commercial licence to use the api but as the
error applies to the entire Upcoming site I can't access the webpage to request
one. Has anyone got a contact for the commercial licence guys?

If anybody technical is reading, I was working under Edge Hill University's id
of ehuwebteam, maybe you could unblock me so that I can get to the commercial
licence form?
