It would appear people have been asking for ETAs for Collections to
appear as part of the API for over a year now and as far as I can find
the latest answer from Flickr was in '07 and they said "Months". It's
now nearly '09 and there's still no sign of collections in the API.
So I'm asking again. Where or when will we get collections in the API?
