Okay, I couldn't think of a reason in the world not to add this API
method. So don't any of you prove me wrong :)

Method is still experimental, but available at:

http://flickr.com/services/api/flickr.groups.members.getList.html

Only shows information which is currently available on the site. The
call requires read permissions, which means you're fetching the
information about group membership on behalf.
