Hi there, and thanks for your interest in Y! Maps.
Use of the Y! Geocoding Service is governed by both the Y! Maps Terms
of Use and the Y! Maps API Terms of Use. One License Restriction
defined in the Y! Maps API Terms of Use (item ix) prohibits using
the "the stand-alone geocoder for any uses other than displaying
Yahoo! Maps or displaying points on Yahoo! Maps".
Unfortunately, request #1 is indeed a violation of the Y! Maps API
Terms of Use and is therefore not permitted.
Regards,
Gus...
