I had a similar problem, and it turns out the syntax of the command has
changed slightly. I found out be going back to the original
documentation that I used (in my case
https://developer.yahoo.com/search/siteexplorer/siteexplorer.html),
which was up to date. I suggest you do that, you might find a clue.
