The only way to query the User Product Review API is with a catalogid
(Yahoo! Shopping unique product identifier). Catalogids are returned
with catalog products in search results (see Product Search API). We
are working on an enhancement to let users query the Product Review
API with industry standard unique product identifiers such as UPC and
ISBN. We do not have any plans to allow users to query for product
reviews by keyword (b/c product reviews are written about a specific
product, not a product category like "ipod").
