Hi!

I got a "400 Bad Request" error from this request:

http://api.shopping.yahoo.com/ShoppingService/V2/productSearch?appid=YahooDemo&c\
ategory=Digital%20Cameras&refinement=4168-Brand=Snap%20Sights%21

Even though "Snap%20Sights%21" is one of the valid refinement values
given in the result of:

http://api.shopping.yahoo.com/ShoppingService/V2/productSearch?appid=YahooDemo&c\
ategory=Digital%20Cameras

Look like it's the "!" (%21) at the end of the brand name that's causing
this error, because if I omit the "!", the error will be gone. Thanks a lot
for looking into this!
