My name is dileep and am working as a web based software developer. I
am posting this message to know some doubts regarding the site
http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/. Since it is a japanees auction site
people can participate bidding if they know japanees. But i found one
site http://www.rinkya.com which provide an interface in english
corresponding to the japanees site and when clicking a product it will
open the product in bilingual (English and Japanees). If i going to
develop such a site like http://www.rinkya.com what are the steps to
be taken and let me know what are the technology used the above said
sites.
