Hi! I am looking at this API - and also the rules of how I could use
this framwork. I have a couple of questions for the Yahoo Developer team.
1. If I setup a service which is free to its users (e.g. students) but
has also an arm where money is generated from (=commercial aspect, but
not from these students) - can I use this API?
2. How many cid/lac/mnc/mcc vs address pairs are already in the DB -
UK/Europe?
