I want to submit the cell site IDs and receive back, not just Zipcode,
but longitude and latitude of the tower or antenna. Why is this not a
feature of this service? Without that, it is incomplete. Is the
submitted L & L presumably from the GPS of a cell phone that is
connected to the cell site in question?

Thanks for any response. It looks like this group is not very active,
so I hope that there will be a response.
