Heh, funnily enough I was thinking about attempting just that in the
next day or two! I've just finished (tonight) porting all 4 ZXGATE
projects to my hardware. Atm I've got composite output (50Hz) going and
was going to try to get VGA output on at least one of them next...

There's a few scan doublers to choose from - in the past I've used the
one from the fpgaarcade 'Ladybug' project and the one from c-one. IIRC
they each require only 1 clock so I might use one of them...

If you can wait a day or two I'll let you know how I go!
